ZScale Capital collects the information you choose to submit through this website, such as a work email address, institution and the context of a walkthrough request. The public site may also record limited technical event data needed to operate forms, protect the service and understand aggregate use.

How information is used

We use submitted information to respond to your request, operate and secure the website, improve the product experience and maintain required business records. We do not ask for student records or confidential employer project data through the public lead forms.

Newsletter and follow-up

Newsletter subscriptions require a separate opt-in. A walkthrough, report request or regional correction does not add you to the mailing list. We store submitted contact details and requests in Supabase and use Resend to send subscription messages and notify our team. Newsletter messages include a way to unsubscribe.

Service providers and retention

Information may be processed by infrastructure providers that host the website, database and communications used to fulfill your request. We retain it only for as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, legal obligations and service security.

You may ask to access, correct or delete the information you submitted, subject to applicable legal and security requirements. Email info@zscalecapital.com.

EDC Platform

The account-based EDC Platform is a separate product surface and may present additional notices appropriate to an organization’s agreement and configured data.
