zScale Intellect brings those questions together around project demand, regional workforce evidence and training pathways. The purpose is to make the next discussion more informed and the next action more deliberate.
We are building for regional teams across the United States. Our current public examples use selected North Texas markets, with other regions reviewed as part of onboarding.

Sushma Vadlamannati
Sushma founded zScale Intellect to help regions connect economic growth with opportunities for the people who live and work there. Her work focuses on how AI and changing industry needs affect jobs, training and the decisions communities make about their future.
She brings more than a decade of experience leading enterprise technology and transformation programs, including roles at T-Mobile, Costco and Nordstrom. Working across complex organizations shaped her approach to building systems that help people understand a problem, coordinate across teams and put a plan into practice.
At zScale Intellect, she is developing the Regional Evaluation System (RES) for economic development teams and workforce boards. Her product work and public research connect regional projects with workforce needs, education pathways and funding opportunities.
Sushma publishes the Workforce Intelligence Brief and completed the Basic Economic Development Course through the Texas Economic Development Council in August 2026. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business and computer science from Texas Woman’s University.
